Word around town!

“ To anyone who hasn’t

experienced it,

Marianapolis is going to

sound too good to be

true. But as soon as you

walk in these doors, it’s

actually everything it’s made out to be.”

- Chance Jackson ‘ 15

Community Service

Service is an act of compassion, which is why we

do not require students to accumulate mandatory hours

of community service. Participation should be self-

inspired. Educating students in the Catholic tradition enables

the value of community service to be shared by all. There are

weekly, monthly, and seasonal/annual service

opportunities.

2

L.E.A.P Week

L.E.A.P. Week takes place from March 11th through the 15th. It is a

one-week mini-term where students and faculty explore and

learn more about areas of interest. Students can take a course, take a trip, or take advantage of both options.

3

Clubs

Clubs provide Marianapolis’ students with an opportunity to

pursue interests, socially connect, and remain involved

in extra curricular activities through school. There are a variety of clubs to choose

from, and students even have the ability to create their own

clubs.

Along with various experiential learning trips and

opportunities to travel abroad, the Marianapolis

Family Network provides benefits for both domestic

and international students. Local families are able to

experience a new culture, international students

benefit from American cultural immersion, and both

parties develop a greater connection with the

Marianapolis community through the experience.

A Marianapolis education extends beyond the classroom.

Marianapolis helps

foster a sense of

independence and

leadership through

community living.
