•Meebo can be used a reference tool

•A librarian can monitor multiple chat services from her or his Meebo account

•The library can expand their outreach to patrons without having to manage all these accounts separately

Page 14: Meebo
Page 15: Meebo

Meebo Me would allow the library to embed a widget anywhere on their website

This allows any user to chat live with a librarian or leave a message

A patron would only have to access the page where the widget is embedded to chat- a chat service is not needed by the patron

For use in large libraries

If the librarian is helping a patron or not at his or her desk they can use Meebo Mobile

Librarians can operate throughout the library
