Faneros pagaminta 25,0 tūkst. m³, trečdaliu išaugo lukšto gamyba – 90 tūkst. m³. Uždarius izoliacinės plaušų plokštes gaminusią įmonę, plaušų plokštės gamyba nuo 23,1 mln. m² sumažėjo iki 20,3 mln. m². Drožlių plokštės gamyba išaugo 17% iki 647 tūkst. m³. 2011 m. Lietuvoje pagaminta 157 tūkst. t popie- riaus ir kartono. Jų gamybos apimtys per metus išaugo 38%. 2011 m. bendras šalies eksportas išaugo 29%. Prieš metus augimas siekė net 33%. Kaip ir prieš metus 61% produkcijos parduota Europos Sąjungos šalyse. Medienos pramonės gaminių su baldais eksportuota už 5942 mln. Lt, t.y. už 21% didesnę sumą nei 2010 m. Šios produkcijos dalis bendrame šalies eksporte nuo 9,1% sumažėjo iki 8,5%. Pagrindinėmis medienos ir medienos gaminių eksporto rinkomis išliko Europos Sąjungos šalys: Vokietija, Švedija, Danija ir Jungtinė Karalystė. Eksportuotų baldų vertė, bendrame medie- nos pramonės eksporte, sudarė 51%. 2011 m. eksportuotų baldų vertė išaugo 23% iki 3,06 mlrd. Lt. Pagrindinė eksporto kryptis išliko Europos Sąjungos šalys. Pjautinė mediena eksporte sudarė – 7%. Eksportuotos medienos vertė buvo 12% didesnė nei 2010 m. Pjautinės medienos eksportuota 584 tūkst. m³, t.y. 5% daugiau nei 2010 m. Pjautinės medienos pardavimai Vokietijos rinkoje išaugo 9%. Čia parduota 158 tūkst. m³ medienos. Eksportas į Prancūziją išliko toks pats kaip ir prieš metus - 64 tūkst. m³. Danijos rinkose pardavimai išaugo 24%, o Belgijos - 5%. 29%. 2010 m. importas augo 35%. Medienos pramonės produktų importas 2011 m. padidėjo 20% ir siekė 2849 mln. Lt. Daugiausia produkcijos įsivežta iš Lenkijos, Vokietijos ir Švedijos.
Popierius, kartonas ar jų gaminiai sudarė didžiąją dalį įvežamoje medienos pramonės produkcijoje. Jų dalis importe per metus sumažėjo nuo 50% iki 47%. Įvežtos produkcijos vertė buvo 14% didesnė nei 2010 m. Pjautinės medienos dalis importe nuo 8% padidėjo iki 9%. Importuotos pjautinės medienos vertė išaugo 30%. Baldų vertė importe augo 23%, o jų dalis bendrame šakos importe sudarė 14%.
Įvežtas pjautinės medienos kiekis išaugo 12% ir siekė 331 tūkst. m³. Iš Latvijos įvežta 25% šio kiekio - 84 tūkst. m³. Importas iš Baltarusijos per metus nepasikeitė ir siekė 78 tūkst. m³. Importas iš Rusijos nuo 69 tūkst. m³ išaugo iki 75 tūkst. m³.
Germany and Sweden. Paper, paperboard and their products were
the main imported wood industry products. The share of them decreased from 50% to 47%. The value of these imported products increased by 14% comparing with 2010. The share of sawn wood in imports increased from 8% to 9%. The value of imported sawn wood increased by 30%. The share of furniture in imports was 14%. The value of imported furniture increased by 23%.
The amount of imported sawn wood increased by 12% (to 331,000 m³). The biggest share of it was imported from Latvia. It amounted to 84,000 m³ or 25% from the total. Imports from Belarus (78,000 m³) were in the same level like in 2010. Import from Russia increased from 69,000 m³ to 75,000 m³.
