2006 Prof Elizabeth Blackburn visit.
2007 Working group developed graduate school proposal.
2008 Funding obtained from DVC(R), Faculty and SOBS.
2009 Establishment of MBio Graduate School.
Aims
Enrich and broaden the student experience;
Provide opportunities for scientific and professional development;
Provide international postgraduate opportunities;
Access to multidisciplinary research platforms;
Provide increased interactions and collaborations amongst the student cohort.
