A traumatic event, an open fracture, a relapsing dislocation; for any kind of disease, we know that the rapidity of the diagnosis can make the difference, in order to reduce the waiting time and start immedi-ately the appropriate treatment.

Even in the entry-level version, analog and with fixed-height table, Moviplan iC combines all those features that make it a precious tool during medical investigations. The control interface is man-aged by an LCD panel, while the table unlocking is controlled by the appreciated photocell system, typical of Moviplan units. The standard Potter-Bucky, integrating a high-quality oscillating grid, can be configured to be automatically centered under the X-ray source, to maximize the efficiency of the machine.

The absence of unsightly cables plays an important part in the attractiveness of the design, while maximizing the safety for operators. Obviously, this machine is also ready to work digitally, for example by inserting a portable flat panel detector in the docking station. Specific autotrackings, permitting to keep constant the value of the Source-Image-Distance and the alignment tube/receptor, can finally complete the configuration of the system.

Moviplan iC can gradually evolve into the most complete and efficient configuration, becoming a digital system totally automatized. The elevating table, with a wide vertical move-ment, allows to manage even the most critical patients; the commands for lift movement and table unlocking are activated through the peculiar light barrier, here highlighted with cool white lights. Even the entire room positioning can be automat-ically set by simply choosing the corresponding exam protocol.

The user interface is managed with a Touch Screen controller, through which it is also possible to select the tomographic exams and all vertical, horizontal and oblique auto-trackings. Similarly, Touch Screen represents the ideal interface for the long bone examinations; these can be executed both horizon-tally on the table (normally for the inferior limbs) and vertically on the wall bucky (typically for thoracic exams and for the inferior limbs in charge).

Optimized efficiency Peculiar Light BarrierMoviplan iC table is unlocked by breaking an invisible light beam, making the process gentler compared to the one with the mechanical pedal from other competitors. In the elevating versions, even the lift commands are con-trolled via Light Barrier, here visible as cold light beams.

New Touch Screen interfaceOn the Moviplan iC systems with Touch Screen interface, every function of the machine is only few touches away; users will find it extremely easy to use, thanks to its intu-itive graphic and the auto orientation portrait/landscape function, assuring the best visibility in any condition.

Smart auto-tracking systemsIn order to maximize its efficiency, Moviplan iC can be provided with horizontal, vertical and oblique auto-track-ing functions, essential for the optimization of the exam time, during any application.

Easy patient positioning Wide vertical movementElevating versions of Moviplan iC feature a huge ver-tical coverage, arriving to a minimum of only 46 cm from floor. This is particularly useful in case of non cooperative cases, paediatric patients, traumatized and people with handicaps.

Large patient tableDesigned for optimal efficiency, the table of Moviplan iC is longer and wider compared to the main compet-itors. Moreover, it doesn’t have protruding edges, for an easier patient transferring.

Extended horizontal movements The extended horizontal movements allow to easily execute also sequential exams, with no need for patient repositioning. This refers to the run of both Potter-Bucky and table, featuring values among the widest on the market.

Complete application coverage Elevated patient weight capacityThe Moviplan iC, with its 300 Kg weight capacity, rep-resents a solid structured machine. This feature allows an extraordinary versatility, as long as the table permits to easily accommodate also bariatric patients.

Multi-angle electronic tomographyTomographic versions of Moviplan iC can rely on a fully electronic execution: the operator gets rid of the uncomfortable mechanic bar and tomo mode can be operated with any angle selected through the Touch Screen control panel.

Possible grid-less exams According to specific needs, it is always possible to make gridless exposures, fundamental for pediatric exams or for low density districts. Whenever needed, grid can be easily removed from Chest Stands and from the tables with fixed digital detector.

Specular configurationIf an elevating Moviplan iC is configured with a ceiling suspension, all table controls are located on both sides of the unit. This allows to optimize the patients flow to the X-ray room.

Safety without compromisesThe systems complete with column have floor rails just 3,5 cm high, with no footsteps: this represents a great improvement for operator’s comfort. Additionally, to maximize safety also for the patients, table movements have proper anti collision devices.

Extreme configuration flexibilityAnalog or digitalMoviplan iC can be equally equipped with traditional cassettes or with the latest generation digital flat panels, either fixed or portable. Specific potters are provided, including also a rotating version, permitting to change the orientation of the detector without its extraction.

Limited or high power Tubes and generators, specifically tested and certified by Villa Sistemi Medicali, are available to be integrated into the system. Power values from 32kW to 100kW are ready to match every configuration required.

Floor-mounted or ceiling suspended tube Moviplan iC can be provided with the x-ray tube mounted on the floor column or with one of our ceil-ing suspended tube supports. In both cases, the user can rely on the maximal precision of the movements and on the perfect integration with the table.

A Chest Stand for every needComplete in its range Moviplan iC wall buckies are available as tilting or fixed, these last ones configurable with optional motorized footrest. Extreme versatility comes from the wide verti-cal movement and the minimal distance from the floor, permitting to limit the use of steps with patients.

Compact with 4-position settingThe tilting chest stand has a particular eccentric movement, with 4 selectable positions: in addition to the traditional ones (horizontal, vertical and oblique), there is a specific configuration for use with mobile tables, thanks to the huge extension of the arm.

Smart in its design Chest stands are equipped with comfortable grips for patient positioning; moreover it is possible to insert the cassettes from both sides of the bucky, to reach opti-mal efficiency.
