Rishilpi have given me the treatment with medicines and I am very grateful to them. Many people of our

villages are displaced now and living on the road side shelter.

Maximum people are suffering for diarrhea and dysentery.Many do not have means to survive life. They mostly

depends onrelieif from the GO and NGOs.

Rishilpi Health Programme has organized Emergency

medical camp to serve the sick and

helpless people at flood affected

area providing treatment with necessary medicines. The medical camp began

from 12 August 2011 and working continuously.

Two medical team have organized two camp at

Nehalpur and Boga Village of Sador Upazilla under

Satkhira district and emergency medicines has been provided to the flood affected sick people. The team also motivated the

people how to prevent the water born diseases

Objective of the Emergency Medical

Camp

Provide medical support to the flood affected sick

people with love and compassion to reduce their sufferings caused by water born diseases

and prevent the diseases as well.

Diseases treated

During medical camp we have documented the patient's history and medicine records that

have been distributed to the people. As of

record/client register we have found the following

diseases in the flood affected were treated: dysentery, diarrhea,

Pneumonia, fever with common cold, scabies and

other skin diseases.
