Walt Disney pictures was founded by Walt Disney in 1923. He started production of his first feature-length animated film in 1934. Taking three years to complete, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, premiered in December 1937 and became highest-grossing film of that time by 1939. The studio entertainment business alone (live-action and animated motion pictures, direct-to-video content, musical recordings and live stage plays) brought in $5.83 billion in 2012 and an estimated income of $1.549 billion during the 2014 fiscal year. Most of there films are targeted for a young audience as well as films that “the whole family will love”.

Each writer comes up with there own story that they think will be interesting and relevant to there audience and the general public. The editor designs the front page to make it stand out and look eye catching so people will buy it. then they check through everything that is written to make sure it is appropriate and interesting. The publisher then prints it out, puts it all together into one magazine/newspaper then it gets sold.
