Short & Snappy Synopsis!

Our film starts with a small group of school friends (Nathan, Blake and Oliver). Who are banded together in one of the many factions in order to have any chance of survival from the mysterious creatures that have suddenly appeared from below the soil.

No method of killing them is apparent and running is the only option as they lure helpless prey to their deaths with an entrancing light that completely controls the victim.

As the story progresses, the Government plan to contain the area of appearances and drill down using nuclear explosives to find the source of the problem and before they know it the small group of friends find themselves trapped within the 100 foot walls and only two days until detonation with traps and other crazed people trapped too they have to navigate a minefield of monsters, psychopaths, and traps to stay alive and escape.

How We Will Reach Them

Social Networking- Such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. These three are essential to reaching our audience as 98% of 16-24 year old use this form of media.

Film Posters & Billboards-Over 75% of people in the UK drive cars so this will increase our reach drastically. Posters are both cheap and easy to mass produce ad spread around colleges, shops etc.

Film Festival- Specifically the Mayhem Horror Film Festival at Broadway as this will contain not only our age range but fans of the genre we're providing this will increase the viewers and hype of our film immensely.

The film is constructed of a formula that makes a Horror film that everyone knows and loves yet it manages to add that unique flair that makes it stand out.

We require 5 million pounds to fund all of the necessary areas as these include..

This money will be spent on... Lighting, Cast, Costume, Equipment hire, Transport, Catering, Props & Sets, Permits and Editing.

Friday the 13th averaged a budget from 1-19 million dollars, so we think our sum is acceptable. Further more Jaws was shot on a budget of 3.5 million in 1974.
