COVER PORTRAITSTAPLERWORLD is the independent, cross-industry magazine for technology, application / ad-aptation, operation, modification of industrial trucks and all associated attachments, attach-ments and special designs. The entire European industrial truck market is regularly illuminated with application reports, interviews, reports, market overviews, tips and advice. New products and trends from non-European manufacturers also attract attention at STAPLERWORLD.
STAPLERWORLD does not look at industrial trucks detached, but integrates them into operati-onal processes. This is why there is permanent reporting on warehouse technology, ramps, gates, radio data transmission, cold store logistics, special equipment and other topics. These topics are supplemented by articles on explosion protection, use and coordination of industrial trucks such as radio data transmission, WLAN, RFID and integration into complex logistical processes. In addition, marketing, financing, sales, the Internet and the processing of used equipment play an important editorial role. Interviews, features, job stories, market overviews and trend articles are used as editorial forms. Correspondents in northern and southern Germany ensure additional market proximity. A team of experienced editors, photographers and web designers works on the object. Author contributions from high-ranking personalities from technology, research, Management con-sultancies and other organisations round off the portfolio. Regular STAPLERWORLD tests vari-ous industrial trucks (STAPLERCHECK). In the EQUIPMENTCHECK accessories, seats, head-lamps, access systems and many more parts and accessories I‘ve put it through its paces.

In addition to manned industrial trucks, driverless transport systems are establi-shing themselves beyond the pure as-sembly business. In industry, in logistics, in supply and above all in service ro-botics, independent, self-guiding sys-tems are becoming increasingly impor-tant and will take on many of the tasks of today‘s concepts. In addition, many manufacturers of industrial trucks are joi-ning with AGV converted standard equipment into the ancestral domains of the established AGV manufacturer - a ve-ry exciting process, which constantly creates new systems and solutions.
With the annual bilingual FTS/AGV FACTS, TechTex-Verlag establishes an important tar-get medium in the field of opinion leadership - addressing decision-makers at the technical level. Prominent authors, opinion leaders, users, consultants and universities/institutions have a perfect platform here to report on funda-mentals, techniques, components, system de-signs and system implementations - the spe-cial publication appears in a circulation of 5,000 copies and has already developed into an important industry platform since the first issue in September 2012. In addition to the STAPLERWORLD main issue and the STW-EUROPE, it illuminates and documents cur-rent topics and provides decision-makers with important knowledge for system finding in condensed form.

1.“Advertisement order“ within the meaning of the following terms and conditions is the contract for the publication of one
or more advertisements by an advertiser or other advertiser in a prin-ted publication for the purpose of distribution.
2.In case of doubt, advertisements are to be called for publica-tion within one year of conclusion of the contract. The Publis-
her will issue an order confirmation for each advertising order. If the right to retrieve individual advertisements is granted within the fra-mework of a contract, the order shall be processed within one ye-ar of the publication of the first advertisement, provided that the first advertisement is retrieved and published within the period spe-cified in sentence 1.
3.In the case of contracts, the customer shall be entitled to call for further advertisements within the agreed period or the pe-
riod specified in section 2, even beyond the quantity of advertise-ments specified in the order.
4.If an order is not fulfilled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Publisher, the Client shall, without prejudice to
any further legal obligations, reimburse the Publisher for the diffe-rence between the discount granted and the discount correspon-ding to the actual acceptance. The reimbursement shall not apply if the non-fulfilment is due to force majeure within the publisher‘s sphere of risk.
5.Orders for advertisements and third-party supplements which are declared to be published exclusively in specific numbers,
specific editions or at specific places in the publication must be recei-ved by the publisher in good time so that the customer can be noti-fied before the advertising deadline if the order cannot be executed in this way. Classified advertisements shall be printed under the rele-vant heading without this requiring express agreement.
6.Advertisements which are not recognisable as advertisements due to their editorial design will be clearly identified as such
by the publisher with the word „advertisement“ or „advertorial“.
7.The Publisher reserves the right to reject advertising orders - in-cluding individual call-offs within the framework of a contract -
and insert orders on the grounds of content, origin or technical form in accordance with uniform, objectively justified principles of the Pu-blisher if their content violates laws or official regulations or if their publication is unreasonable for the Publisher. Orders for inserts shall not be binding on the Publisher until a sample of the insert has been submitted and approved. Inserts which, through their format or pre-sentation, give the reader the impression of being part of the news-paper or magazine or which contain third-party advertisements shall not be accepted. The rejection of an order will be communicated to the client without delay.
8.The client is responsible for the timely delivery of the adverti-sing motif and perfect print documents or inserts. The publisher
shall immediately request a replacement for recognisably unsuitable or damaged print documents. The publisher guarantees the usual print quality for the title in question within the scope of the possibi-lities offered by the print documents.
9.If the advertisement is printed illegibly, incorrectly or incom-pletely in whole or in part, the client shall be entitled to a re-
duction in payment or a faultless replacement advertisement, but only to the extent that the purpose of the advertisement has been impaired. If the Publisher allows a reasonable period of time set for this purpose to expire or if the replacement advertisement is again not faultless, the Client shall be entitled to a reduction in payment or cancellation of the order. Claims for damages arising from posi-tive breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo and tort are excluded - even in the case of orders placed by telephone; claims for dama-ges arising from impossibility of performance and default are limi-ted to compensation for foreseeable damage and to the fee payable for the advertisement or insert in question. This does not apply to in-tent or gross negligence on the part of the publisher, his legal repre-sentative or his vicarious agent. Any liability of the Publisher for da-mages due to the absence of warranted characteristics shall remain unaffected. In commercial business transactions, the Publisher is al-so not liable for gross negligence on the part of vicarious agents; in all other cases, liability for gross negligence on the part of merchan-ts is limited in scope to foreseeable damage up to the amount of the relevant advertising fee. Complaints must be made - except in the case of non-obvious Defects - within four weeks of receipt of invoice and receipt can be asserted.
10. Proofs will only be supplied upon explicit request. The custo-mer is responsible for the correctness of the returned proofs.
The Publisher shall take into account all error corrections that are communicated to it within the period set when the proof was sent.
11. If no special size specifications are given, the calculation is based on the actual print height customary for the type of
advertisement..
12.FIf the client does not pay in advance, the invoice will be sent immediately, but if possible 8 days after publication of
the advertisement - with a specimen copy. The invoice shall be paid within the period indicated in the price list as of receipt of the in-voice, unless a different payment period or advance payment has be-en agreed in individual cases. Any discounts for early payment shall be granted in accordance with the price list.
