- Try to be calm- Don´t read anything- Trust yourself- Take in all positive things you get from

- You are the expert in this area- The opponent is probably more nervous

than you- The mock defense is much worse than the

real defense- Enjoy the day, this is your day!



My advice

• Start early

• Start to write the discussion

• Try to do other things in between writing

• Prepare for your mock defense

• Train for your presentation

• Be calm and positive during the defense day
