MECHANICAL AUDIT AND SYSTEMS REVIEW (MASR)
Our Mechanical Audit and Systems Review (MASR) is an easy way to determine the steps you need to take now to keep your processes and equipment operating like new. Our technicians will inspect/audit individual pieces of equipment, controls, as well as entire processes in order to assess and give you feedback on any operational or maintenance concerns, mechanical failures, and/or process inefficiencies.
Once the audit is completed, we provide you with a comprehensive report including short and long-term recommendations on potential improvements. We then work with you to determine the best course of action to enhance productivity and safety, whether that means servicing your existing equipment, retrofitting a solution into place, or replacing equipment or process components.
We strive to provide you with the information needed so you can make informed decisions on where and when to spend your money. When put into practice by your maintenance team, recommendations in the MASR report will lead to a safer, more reliable system and cost savings for you.
UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEM WITH NEW TECHNOLOGIES
Retrofitting your older system with new technologies can help to make your system safer and more efficient at a fraction of the cost of a complete system replacement. STT continually makes improvements to existing components and offers new features that make equipment, like our lime slakers safer, more reliable and more productive. If you have an existing system from STT like our ZMI Portec Detention Slaker and METSO® VERTIMILL® Slaker, you can take advantage of these new offerings by contacting us to learn about the retrofits and upgrades available for your specific lime slaker.
