The machine shown is an standard model, which can be also manufactured modifying samples measures and number of drilling heads, designing the preliminary plan to verify its feasibility.

Results obtained after having drilled a die of the following dimensional characteristics:

1.- Outside diameter of the die: Ø1131mm.2.- Inside diameter of the side: Ø951mm.3.- Height of the die: 450mm4.- Die with 2 different drilling diameters:

First diameter is a Ø6-diameter drilled hole with 30mm-depth.Second diameter is a through Ø5-diameter drilled hole.

5.- Altogether, each line has got 414 drilled holes and the die has got 47 lines, so we mechanize a total amount of 19458 drilled holes per sample.6.- The time required for the manufacture of the die described previously is 12h and 30 minutes.

1st operation: Preparation of the machine for the Ø6 drilled holes. 2h.2nd operation: Mechanization of 19458 Ø6 drilled holes with 30 mm depth. 3 h.3rd operation: Preparation of the machine for the Ø5 drilled holes. 1,5 h.4th operation: Mechanization of 19458 through Ø5 drilled holes. 6 h.
