RESUMOEste um artigo bsico de uma srie de outros dedicados a
sintonia em diferentes tipos de Malhas de Controle em processos
industriais.

TEMPERATURA-Temperatura em trocador de calor-Temperatura em
reatores
NIVEL-Nvel de liquido em tanques-Nvel Caldeira-Correao de PH
* Reduao de presso de vapor foi escolhido para ser apresentado
inicialmente pois uma malha de relativa facilidade de sintonia pois
ir tornar fcil a compreenao dois tpicos a serem apresentados.
OBJETIVO Determinar ao Engenheiro ou Tcnico no momento do
projeto da malha de controle, valores de P.I.D bem prximos do ideal
para facilitar o trabalho de Start-Up. Bem como sugerir ao tcnico
valores de PID no inicio da Sintonia, pois os metodos at ento
utilizados ( ZIEGLER-NICHOLS ) e seus derivados ,alem de de
depender de um valor inicial de PID eleatrio,necessita que seje
provocado uma instabilidade no processo. Este porem ainda durante o
projeto j calcula estes valores. ( formula empirica bsica de estudo
e certamente precisa ser aperfeioada embora tenha sido utilizada
com exito em diversas malhas )
INTRODUOSabemos que sintonizar consiste em determinar valores de
P.I.D compatveis com a resposta ou reaao do processo a ser
controlado. Estes valores dependem basicamente de diversos
variaveis: a) Tempo de resposta do processo.b) CV da vlvula de
controle.c) Tipo de curva caracterstica de vazo da vlvula de
controled) Span do transmissor de presso.e) Variaoes de carga de
entrada ( P1 )f) Diferentes carga de sada ( vazo )g) Freqncia da
variao de carga.h) Tipo de algoritmo de controle utilizado no
P.I.Di) Outros Fatores Diverssos
- Tempo de resposta do processo.
Uma das variveis bsicas. O Ganho do controlador varia
diretamente proporcional ao tempo de resposta do processo ou seja
quanto maior for o tempo de resposta do processo maior deve ser o
ganho.
Tempo de resposta do processo = Compr. da Tubulao ou T = Volume
Velocidade do vapor Vazo
G = T K
G = Ganho do PIDT = Tempo de resposta do processo ( segundos )K
= constante ( 4 )
- CV da vlvula de controle.Varivel muito importante, pois ela
influencia diretamente na reao do processo. ( Varivel inversamente
proporcional ao ganho )

= % Abertura da Valvula de Controle K = Constante ( 4 ) - Curva
caracterstica de vazo da vlvula de controle Influencia na reao do
processo , pois com curvas diferentes para o mesma variao do sinal
de correo o processo ira responder de modo diferente. Na equao esta
varivel foi absorvida pela porcentagem de abertura da vlvula de
controle. ( item acima ) Curvas de Vazo diferentes Abertura de
Valvula diferenres.
- Span do transmissor de presso.No deixa de Ter sua importncia ,
normalmente determina-se o Span para 2 * Set point , porem em
muitas ocasies isto no possvel pr diversos fatores. Para se
absorver esta varivel adicionou-se um fator de correo do PT.
PT = Span 2 * P2 G = ( T * A ) * PT K G = Ganho do PIDT = Tempo
de resposta do processo ( segundos ) A = porcentagem de abertura da
Valvula de ControleK = constante = 4 PT = fator de correao do PTPT
= Fator de Correao do Transmissor de PressaoK = Constante ( 4 )
- Variaoes de carga de entrada ( P1 )Estas variacoes so
absorvidas pela equaao atravez da porcentagem de abertura da
valvula de controle.
- Diferentes de carga de sada ( vazo )
Influencia na reao do processo , pois com vazo diferente para o
mesma variao do sinal de correo o processo ira responder de modo
diferente. Na equao esta varivel foi absorvida pela porcentagem de
abertura da vlvula de controle. ( o que tambm pode ser previsto
antes do Start- Up )
- Freqncia da variao de carga ( oscilaoes ciclicas )Esta varivel
no e absorvida pela equao, pois s passa a ser importante quando o
tempo de resposta do processo fica inferior a 0,1 segundo. Este
problema e facilmente contornado adicionando-se filtro de 0,5 ou 1
segundo no PT ou na entrada da PV do PID. Instando-se ganho
adaptativo ou otimizando-se a sintonia de outras malhas que estejam
provocando estas oscilaoes. Observa-se que para diferentes cargas
de saida ( vazo ) o Ganho do controlador e diferente,esta equaao
torma muito fcil a utilizaao do ganho adaptativo. ( recurso
muitissimo pouco utilizado , pois e muito trabaloso de utilizar
)
- Tipo de algoritmo de controle utilizado no P.I.DEquao
desenvolvida para algoritmo de controle paralelo Ideal que e o mais
comumente utilizado .
- Outros fatores DiverssosExistem fatores que podem ser
facilmente previsiveis e outros um pouco mais dificeis , porem nao
s de possiveis de serem previstos , como adicionado fatores de
correao na formula bsica de modo a absorverem estas variaveis.(
fatores relativos aos diverssos tipos de valvulas )a - Alcance de
Faixa ( Rangeabilidade ) tipo globo = 100:1 tipo borboleta
concentrica = 10:1 Borb escentrica = 10:1b - FL Fator de recuperaao
de pressao inerente a cada tipo de valvula de controle utilizada.
tipo globo = 0.85 tipo borboleta = 0.56c - Velocidade de Resposta
Tipo de Atuador utilizado Atuadores tipo pistao,possui velocidade
de resposta maior que os diafragma-molad - Capacidade de vazao do
posicionador Nao existe nenhuma norma fixando esta vazao que
mudifica a velocidade de resposta da vlvula.e - Ganho do
Posicionador
- Integral.O valor da taxa de integral requerida pelo prcesso
depende basicamente do tempo de resposta do processo bem como da
porcentagem de abertura da valvula de controle..

vapor
I = ( T * A ) 10I = Taxa de Integral ( minutos )T = Tempo de
resposta do processo ( segundos )A = Porcentagem de abertura da
valvula de controle
- Derivada -No sendo esta malha de processo multicacitivo , no
necessario a utilizaao desta aao de controle. ( aao de controle
utilizada somente em com tempo de resposta elevado )
META FINAL Ver formulas como esta sendo utilizadas no dia a dia
,no s na sua funao basica, como tambem otimizando sintonias j
realizadas . Esta mesma tambem facilita muitissimo na definiao da
curva do ganho adptativo, recurso este que normalmente no muito
utilizado, pois muito trabalhoso ajusta-lo. Alem de Ajudar na
Sintonia , vela como uma ferramenta implementada por fabricantes em
blocos PID sugerindo valores para sintonia.
