How do we measure?• FAN REACH – Number of fans• ORGANIC REACH- Number of

people who have SEEN the post (both fans and non fans)

• ENGAGEMENT- Number of people clicked anywhere in the post.

• PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT THIS – Likes , comments and shares

• CLICK THROUGH RATES – Number of people who have clicked a link in your content

• NEGATIVE FEEDBACK – Include negative feedback on posts, hiding posts , hiding all future post , unliking the page or reporting it as SPAM.

• Bench marking brands performance against competitors in Facebook

• Analyze individual user posts , track response rates and times.
