Where we were in October ‘08: Comparison of CMAQ-MADRID Predictions & AMS Measurements of Nitrate Aerosol for ADIENT Flight B333 (13/12/2007)
This is where we still are in terms of data analysis
PDRA (Michael Bane) had enough by November
CMAQ Status: parallelisation problems – dependency on domain shape
But optimal CMAQ MADRID version available when parallelised correctly
Need >1 month wallclock per 1 month simulation on O(100) cpus per 3 way nested simulation
Buying Bane time (and begging HORACE time) for completion of ADIENT simulations
Entire April-May 08 period for ADIENT-EUCAARI flights completed or queued for simulation
2 coarsest grids for May complete, finest to finish this weekend. April to complete by June. Will Morgan to data mine and compare with measurements!
