Revisions and Additions: The guidelines and the review process relate to any new, expanded or renovated landscape and site improvements. The homeowner is responsible for submitting updated plans for all future landscape and site changes to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval. Common changes and updates such as storage sheds, playgrounds, sports equipment, overflow parking and/or the addition of fencing or the change in storage building colors all require review and approval. Maintenance: The homeowner and or current residents are responsible for maintaining the landscape in a neat and healthy condition at all times per page 9 of the Homeowner Design Guidelines. Maintenance includes the replacement of dead or damaged plants. All maintenance equipment is to be stored inside or screened from neighborhood views. Step - 4 With your plans complete, submit to the ARC for Review and Approval. There is a $35 submittal fee for the landscape and site review.
