contractor supplied.

• Copies of safety cards and professional certificates can be supplied

to our clients on request, prior to the assignment commencing.

Eagles Meadow

Project: Eagles Meadow Location: Wrexham Client: Wilson Bowden Developments Main Contractor: Wilson Bowden Date Completed: October 2008 Project Value: £80m Eagles Meadow (Wrexham) is a 225,000 sq. ft mixed use scheme won by architects, Engle, in a council sponsored competition, a significant commercial development on the edge of Wrexham Town Centre, adjacent to the Conservation Area. The scheme was designed around a new urban thoroughfare leading towards St. Giles Church, with its tower as the focal point. It was a significant development which propelled Wrexham from 187th to 80th on the list of top UK retail destinations. On this site, we supplied 40+ tradespeople.

Liverpool ONE

Project: Liverpool ONE Location: Liverpool Client: Grosvenor Estates Main Contractor: Lang O’Rourke/Balfour Beatty Date Completed: May 2008 Project Value: £500m

The project, previously known as The Paradise Street Project, involved the redevelopment of 42 acres (1800000 sq. ft) of underutilised land in Liverpool City Centre. It was a retail led development including apartments, offices, public open space and transport improvements.

The completion of Liverpool ONE has lifted Liverpool into the top five most popular retail destinations in the UK. Liverpool ONE is the largest open air shopping centre in the United Kingdom and the 10TH largest overall.

At Liverpool ONE, at its peak, we were supplying in excess of 50 contractors on this site, all with CSCS Cards or CPCS Cards and some with IPAF or PASMA Cards.

Projects 2012

• Co-operative Group's 1 Angel Square

One Angel Square is 72.5 metres tall and has been nicknamed the 'Sliced Egg'

because of its distinctive form.[12] Its design was announced by architects

3DReid in May 2009 and construction began in July 2010 with a projected

completion date in March 2013.

• Runcorn Thermal Power Station

On completion, the Thermal Power Station will have a thermal input capacity

of 174 MWth, burning Solid Recovered Fuel to generate and export 100 MW

heat and power. This will be achieved through 375,000 tonnes per annum of

Solid Recovered Fuel, delivered by both road and rail. This Solid Fuel Recovery

scheme will not only find a use for waste that cannot be recycled, but help

reduce energy and heat costs for a major employer and manufacturer in the

North West.
