? La incidencia de EAs relacionados con la asistencia sanitaria fue del 9,3%.
? Fue motivo de ingreso en el 22,2% de los pacientes.
? El 42,8% de los EAs eran evitables, y de éstos 28,7% fueron causados por medicamentos.
? El 37,4% de los EAs estaba relacionado con la medicación, el 25,3% infecciones nosocomiales, y el 25% con problemas técnicos durante un procedimiento.
