Having dabbled into programming and website development at a very young age, Rohan was a finished product by the time he set out to be an entrepreneur. Engineering graduate with a keen eye for details Aniket is truly a jack of all trades. He is at the fulcrum of activity with core areas of operation being business development, formulating and implementing company policies. He has the rare aptitude of deriving optimum operational performance by the team at any point of time and is a great motivator. He continuously analyses the current business process vis-a-vis the competition and market dynamics to drive in the positive change. Multi-faceted Aniket also takes his hobbies seriously. He does sketching and challenges his culinary skills during leisure time that is rare to find.
He is academically a Computer Engineer. Exploring new opportunities for the growth of organization is his passion. He likes to strive hard to drive Sales section of the company. Innovation in sales and marketing is likely to happen in the company from his side. Aniket is a disciple of customization for whatever products he likes to use. Being a techie he has a keen hobby in playing games and using various gadgets. He thinks that a lot of learnings can be earned from these hoobies, which can be inculcated in optimizing. He believes that optimization can nurture any product or service and can help in the success of the organization. Just the approach needs to be perfect.

As the four young turks returned from an enlightening trip to Europe, they
wasted no time in bringing their dream on the work table. What they saw
in the west had already started taking roots in India and they could clearly
see the future of digital marketing and e-Commerce in the Indian markets.
A thorough survey of technologies, insights into digital marketing and
communication, a study of diverse avenues, both existing and prospective
followed.
A team of competent techies and creative professionals was carefully picked and MDC Concepts took its first baby steps in the year2012.India's e-commerce market was worth about $2.5 billion in 2009, it went up to $6.3 billion in 2011 and to $14 billion in 2012.
