Our Steps to SuccessGETTING TO KNOW WHAT YOU DO
Every consultant at McQuade Sales Consulting is a highly trained sales person with extensive
experience. That being said we aren't experts in what you do. As part of the process we'll need to
spend some time talking about your business and how it works. It allows us to create some
positioning statements to better identify the quality leads you are looking for.
SETUP A FUNNEL
We'll need to setup a sales funnel or integrate into your existing funnel to manage the
opportunities and report back to you about what's happening. We'll decide on the stages together
that need to be identified and the best way to get information back and forth between us. The best
part is that you own the funnel. That way if we ever part ways you own the information we've
collected and all of the opportunities we've created for you. Each opportunity has a full history of
calls and their duration, notes on the results of each call, and as much information about the
company as we can gather for you.
COMPILE A CALL LIST
Getting a call list together is one of the most time-consuming parts of what we do because we do
it thoroughly. We research each potential opportunity, find a key contact name and extension
whenever possible, and find any pertinent information before we call. It's a long process but it
helps us have a higher success rates with our calls.
LIST REVIEW
We will compile and update lists regularly, and you'll also have the opportunity to add your own
opportunities if you like. Before we call a new batch of clients we'll run the list by you to make sure
we're not calling someone who's already a client or someone who you'd prefer we avoid.
COLD CALLS
This is the heart of what we do. We will call an opportunity multiple times to try and establish
contact with the key decision maker. After that we'll mark it as "No contact made" and follow up in
6 months. Once we've established contact with the key decision maker we will keep calling to
collect as much info as we can and get the client to buy into what you do. Once they are ready, we
will reach out to you to indicate they are ready to speak to you. It's a high quality lead ready and
willing to speak with you.
