We hope you had a fabulous Winter Break Bobcat Parents! Our Hospitality Team will be

hosting a SOUP & SALAD Luncheon for all the McMeans teachers and staff on Wednes-

day, January 30th.

We will need soups in lined Crock Pots (slow cookers), as well as salad items and des-

serts. If you are able, please comment next to your sign up slot WHAT TYPE of soup you

plan to bring, so that we will hopefully have a great variety of broth based soups (like

chicken noodle), cream based soups (like Creamy Tomato, or Cream of Mushroom), along

2019 Lady Bobcat Track and Field

Athletes interested in participating in Track & Field must

have:

1. Current UIL physical dated AFTER May 1, 2018 and

stamped by the doctor’s office

2. Online Participation Forms filled out on the Katy ISD ath-

letic website

Important Dates:

2/8 – All physical and online athletic paperwork must be completed and on file in the

coaches’ office.

2/11-15 – First week of track practice; must be able to attend ALL practices this week

2/12 – Parent Meeting

2/21 – First Track Meet

Eligible 8th Grade students that are not already in National Junior Honor Society received

acceptance letters for Winter Induction.

Some of the important dates that you will need to mark on your calendar:

ACCEPTANCE LETTER & DUES Due to Ms. Morgan (Room 127) – Friday, February 1st

by 3:30 pm.

INDUCTION PRACTICE – Monday, February 4th in the cafeteria (advisory)

INDUCTION – Tuesday, February 5th from 5:00 to 6:00 pm in the cafeteria

Family members are welcome to attend! Students please dress appropriately.

Girls- Nice dress (Knee Length or dress pants and shirt,

Boys- slacks and nice shirt (No jeans please)
