Delphi is a leading global supplier of mobile electronics and transportationsystems, including powertrain, safety, thermal, controls and security sys-tems, electrical/electronic architecture, and in-car entertainment and com-munication technologies.

Delphi Thermal SystemsDelphi Thermal Systems, a division of Delphi, has a long history of produc-ing automotive thermal systems including: powertrain cooling systems,heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and compressors. Delphialso provides cooling solutions across a broad spectrum of non-automotivemarkets including air conditioning systems for residential and commercialcustomers. Delphi's highly-efficient MCHX® heat exchanger is a brazedaluminum product suitable for outdoor residential units.

In addition, Delphi has produced micro channel heat exchangers for use inthe commercial truck industry and vending machine bottle cooling applica-tions. Other variants of Delphi's micro channel heat exchangers are beingdeveloped for evaporator and heat pump systems. Delphi's MCHX® heatexchangers are smaller, lighter and easier to recycle due to an all-alu-minum construction. Delphi's micro channel technology can address yourmost challenging durability and cost performance goals.

Delphi has taken its expertise in heat exchangers from the automotiveindustry and has applied it to residential and commercial markets. Del-phi’s micro channel technology can help address the most challengingcooling needs, while at the same time provide more efficient and envi-ronmentally friendly products.

Delphi’s Growing PortfolioDelphi leverages more than 25 years of micro channel experience toprovide a complete lineup of Micro Channel products, including: • MCHX® Condenser – Delphi’s energy efficient residential heat ex-

changers • MCHX® Evaporator – Ideal for indoor units that perform cooling and

heating functions • MCHX® Heat Pump Coil – Equally adept at condensing (cooling)

and evaporating (heating)

Micro Channel Technology Benefits • Smaller, lighter, more efficient packaging than traditional units • Compact coil size meets the market’s requirement to reduce OEM’s

transportation and warehousing costs • Easier to recycle due to an all-aluminum construction • Uses less refrigerant – more environmentally friendly • Helps OEMs meet higher mandated energy efficiency ratings: - SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) requirements and HSPF
