McGraw-Hill Wonders:Assigning Student Assessments

Step 1:

Choose “Assess” from either

file tab

OR

tile

Step 2:

Default is “Online AssessmentCenter.”

Choose “My Test Library”

OR

Choose “AssignTest From Library.”

Step 3:

Choose “My Tests” and

related grade level drop down

Step 4:

● “My Test Library” will initially display ALL tests.

● Each column heading will allow for sorting. This list was sorted by “Created”

Step 5:

● For a specific search, usekeywords (here U1 W1 = Unit 1, Week 1). This search will produce “Approaching”and “On Level” tests.

● The settings icon will display test options

OR this selection will allow to schedule specific a “Open” and “Close” date and time.

Step 6:

This selectionwill allow formanual “Open” and “Close”.

Both choices allow for the ability to specify “All Students” ORselected students. As well as the ability to assign to “Other Classes.”

Step 7:● “Assigned Tests” tab will

list tests. View “Schedule” to see “Open” and “Close” time. *NOTE: these are listed in Eastern Time!

● “Status” (Open/Pending…)● Settings icon will list

test options *NOTE: “Unassign” will delete BOTH the test and student scores
