The company provides back end culinary support for catering institutions, hotels, restaurants, cafes and snack shops.

Veg MomoDescription Oriental dumpling snack, made from a variety of vegetables flavored with ginger and coriander. Refined flour casing. Can be steamed, pan-fried or deep-fried.

Ingredients Casing - refined flour, salt and oil Filling - onion, carrot, cabbage, celery, ginger, coriander, green chilly, soya sauce, tastemaker.

Usage Ready to cook. Use directly from freezer to steamer. Can also be pan-fried, deep fried, and fried and tossed in a hot sauce. Also can be served with a basic soup.

Basic White GravyDescription Base gravy for making Indian curries. Silky smooth gravy made from onion, cashew nut and mild spices.

Ingredients Onion, green chilly, cashew nut, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, oil, ginger, garlic, milk and salt.

Usage Various Indian curries can be made with this product. This base curry can be converted into fully finished products by adding a few spice powders, pastes, vegetables or meat. E.g. Navrathna curry, Shahi korma, Afghan curry. Prior thawing is required.

Basic Red GravyDescription Base gravy for making Indian curries. Silky smooth gravy made from tomatoes and cashew nut, and mild spices.

Ingredients Tomato, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cashew nut, red chilly, honey, salt, oil, kasturi-methi

Usage This is a Jain style preparation. Using this base gravy a variety to Indian Curries can be prepared by adding a few spices, vegetables or meat. E.g. Butter gravy, Tikka masala, Kadai gravy. Prior thawing is required.

Chop MasalaDescription Base onion tomato masala, for all kinds of Indian dishes preparations.

Ingredients Onion, tomato, oil, cumin, ginger, garlic, turmeric, salt, basic garam masala (cinnamon, cloves and cardamom)

Usage Most Indian dishes are, started off by sautéing onion, tomato, ginger and garlic and basic spice powders. The usage of this masala is vast as it can be used in starter dishes, main course and also as a tempering. E.g. Sukka, Kadai masala, other gravys, Biryani preparation, Dhals, etc…Prior thawing is required.

Biryani masalaDescription Hyderabad style biryani mix is a complete dish by just adding meat/vegetable and rice to it. Enriched with all the five star quality ingredients, biryani can be made in just minutes.

Ingredients Onion, tomato, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, mint, coriander, bay leaf, pepper corn, green chilly, turmeric, garam masala, lemon, ginger, garlic, salt, oil, curd

Usage Cook meat or vegetable with the Biryani mix and add par boiled rice on top and dum it to get biryani ready in minutes. Biryani masala can also be used for tawa/handi biryani. Prior thawing is required.

Tandoori Chicken MarinadeDescription Authentic Punjabi kebab marinade, that makes your dish flavorful and juicy.

Ingredients Hung curd, mustard oil, red chilly, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cashew nut, onion, cumin, hing, lemon, chat masala, black salt, salt

Usage Marinate the meat/vegetables in this masala for 2 hours and cook the in tandoor/tawa/kadai/oil fry. The product can be served as a starter, can be used in rolls and sandwiches as filling, can be used as pizza topping, can be used in curries and also in biryani preparations. Prior thawing is required. Other variety marinades are also available.

Makhani dhalDescription MCFV’s Signature dish, a healthy blend, of different pulses, rich and tasty, silky smooth dal preparation.

Ingredients Black urad dal, rajma dal, channa dal, coriander, ginger, garlic, fennel, cumin, red chilly, garam masala, white butter, kasoori methi, cream, tomato, salt.

Usage Makhani dhal can be simply thawed, heated up and garnished with cream and served with rice and roti. It is a fully finished dish, which is ready to heat and serve.

ChapatiDescription Healthy & lite, fluffy Indian bread. A perfect accompaniment with curries and also used for rolls.

Ingredients Chakki Atta, water, salt and oil. Permitted anti moulding agent.

Usage Thaw chapati and peel of to separate from each other. Cook on hot plate with a drizzle of oil. Easy option for daily meals. Other Variants: Maida with vegetable pulp (for softness) Carrot chapati Methi chapati Palak chapati
