Who are we? MCA FlexiCare is an in-home support service provided by Manningham Centre Association Inc. (MCA). MCA is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing community and residential aged care services for individuals in the City of Manningham and surrounds and has been operating since 1985. MCA offers an integrated range of services designed to support your lifestyle and suit your needs.

To take the first step and find out how we can assist you, simply call or email our friendly MCA FlexiCare staff.

Depending on your needs and preferences, we will then match and introduce you to your Community Support Worker team. Once you are happy with your service plan, we can set a date for your in-home support services to commence.

At MCA FlexiCare we match you with one of our small teams of Community Support Workers. This way, you can rest assured that you know your team, and your team knows you and how to meet your needs.

We actively recruit for Community Support Workers with accepting attitudes, cultural awareness and the ability to speak a language other than English.

All of our Community Support Workers:

> are trained to a minimum of Certificate III Home and Community Care or Certificate III Aged Care standard

> have regular, face to face, professional mentoring and supervision.
