" e Eastern Oregon University basketball programs will have their own radio talk show on Monday’s 12-1 p.m. on KUBQ 98.7 FM. Moun-taineer fans can tune into 98.7 FM and listen to EOU basketball analysis, game recaps, game pre-views, and interviews with coaches and players. Two pro-grams in those four, Oregon Tech and EOU, are from the Cascade Collegiate Conference. " ere are only 10 teams that have made the national tournament in each of the past four seasons, including Eastern Oregon.

THE TWENTY WIN CLUB

Eastern had its ! & h straight 20-win season in 2010-11. Before the ! ve-year streak, the Moun-taineers had four 20-win seasons in the 81-year history of men’s basketball, with the last com-ing in 1965-66. Last season’s squad became the 20th team to reach 16 wins in school history. " e 2007-08 team had the school’s best record at 26-6. " at team was 17-3 a& er 20 games, and started 25-4.

EXPERIENCE IS KEY

Northwest University enters the weekend as the nation’s 10th best team, and the only undefeated team le& in NAIA Div. 2. How did they do this a& er they lost key members from last year’s Na-tional Tournament run you ask? Well, the Eagles start four of ! ve seniors, and all ! ve starters played key roles in last season’s success.
