Transport to School
Mayville High School operates a fleet of minibuses across 6 routes to transport pupils to and from school. The service runs from Petersfield, Horndean, Fareham and Hayling Island with additional stops on route. We also operate a service to the Hard and The Hayling Ferry for pupils who need to catch a train, hovercraft or ferry. A late bus is available Monday to Friday for pupils who stay to after-care or after-school clubs and leaves for the Hard at approximately 17.20, this bus can be booked on the day. Charges Prices for five day return journeys are detailed in the following pages. Termly commitments for any lesser number of journeys are priced on a pro-rata basis at a higher rate. If you are interested in booking a place on the Minibus please contact the PA to the Headteacher in the school office on 023 9273 4847 or email [email protected] Places are prioritised by pupils who have the furthest distance to travel and if buses are full we will hold a waiting list.
