Course DescriptionThis one-day educational program provides hematology and oncology clinicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with an overview of the most recent advances in the treatment of various oncologic malignancies, based on abstracts presented at the June 2013 annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). Invited speakers choose exciting and relevant abstracts presented at the ASCO meeting and discuss their clinical relevance to the oncology practice.
Credit This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of College of Medicine, Mayo Clinic, and the Minnesota Society of ClinicalOncology. College of Medicine, Mayo Clinic, is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
College of Medicine, Mayo Clinic, designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.25 AMA PRACategory 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent oftheir participation in the activity.

Cancellation PolicyIf you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo School of CPD before July 6, 2013 ([email protected] or fax#: 507-284-0532). No refunds will be made on or after July 6, 2013. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
Mayo School of CPD reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event Mayo School of CPD must cancel or postpone this course, Mayo School of CPD will refund the registration fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.
