Interior Design for Building Nr.6,TSE,Nantong南通科教城六号楼室内设计

该项目位于南通科教城 A01 地块内，是沿海集团的办公总部。我们依据业主对每个楼层不同的功能要求做了相应的室内设计。在该项目中，我主要负责四楼子公司办公空间的设计，渲染及动画的制作。在方案完成扩初后，负责与其他专业团队的沟通交流。This project is located at plot A01,TSE,Nantong,which is used as the main office space for Yanhai Group.And we did the interior design according to the different requirements for each floor.I was in charge of the design of the 4th floor,which is the office of the branch companies,and later we developed the design until DD.Meanwhile,I was responsible of rendering and film making.After the completion of DD,I was the assistant of Marco to communicate with other disciplines.

设计理念 设计时，我们遵循简约简洁的设计理念，同时严格控制成本。原本这是一座教学楼，但经调整后作为办公楼使用，所以我们在进行室内设计时，需要对原有的空间进行一些调整

以及划分。

While we were doing the design,we knew the space was designed as classrooms so we had to do

adjustment to make the space fit into the new function-office.And in order to keep the budget,we strictly stick to the principle that the design should be simple elegant with fine

details and practical funtions.

设计理念 为了将展厅空间与周围的其他空间区

分开来，在走道上我们设计了海洋灯。灯光的颜色会像海浪一样渐渐缓缓地

变化着。在整个展厅地设计中，我们采用各种不同程度透明地元素来划分空间，但

整个空间又是流动的。

Ocean LightingTo identify the space of the exhibition hall,we created the ocean lighting as a soft indicating

element .The idea of ocean comes from the fact that Nantong is a city with strong sea culture.The light changes its color gently just like the soft sea

waves.Free Flow

The space is not so generous so we decided to make it a flowing space so that when you will

be there you won't feel too crowded.In order to achieve this goal ,we used all kinds of elements

that have different transparency to give the space freedom and richness.You can see through the space but without feeling it;s boring or empty. Exhibition Hall Design for Building Nr.6,TSE,Nantong

该展厅位于南通科教城六号楼底楼。主要用作展陈科教城以及沿海集团取得的成果以及历史沿革。我以及范倩负责方案的设计，以及模型的制作，渲染及动画的制作。在方案完成扩初后，负责与其他专业团队的沟通交流。This exhibition hall is located at Building Nr.6,TSE,Nantong,which is used as a space to show the achievement of TSE and the Yanhai Group.Fanqian and I were in charge of the concept design,and later we developed the design until DD.Meanwhile,I was responsible of modeling and rendering and film making.After the completion of DD,I was the assistant of Marco to communicate with other disciplines.

Private Club House,Hengsha Island,Shanghai横沙岛私人会所设计

该项目位于上海横沙岛，是一座私人会所。因为当地法规的限制，建筑必须保持原有建筑的尺寸。概念方案由项目组成员一人一个，然后经过与业主的沟通，形成了最终的方案。我主要负责概念设计，建模，渲染以及扩初图纸的绘制以及手工模型的制作。The project is a private club house and located on Hengsha island.And because of the local code the new building should keep the size and shape of the exisiting building.We three group members were responsible to have a concept design each and after the discussion with the client we had a final version.In this project,my main duty was to develop my own concept and later was to develop the design until DD,to do renderings with keyshot and a 1-50 physical model.

设计理念因为建筑进深的问题（进深小），我们想创造一个一层以及二层连续的空间，使

得满足建筑功能的同时让空间显得更宽裕。设计的目标是创造一座源于中国传统设计的现代建筑。一层以及二层将会采用木材作为结构以及室内装饰的主材料以营造一个温暖的氛围。但是空间设计的语言

是现代的。建筑施工的主要材料，我们的建议是使用砖，混凝土，木材以及玻璃。

The main idea for this house is to create a continuous space in the interior and integrate the two floors due the width of the property.

The design goal is to produce a house, which denotes a modernity of the Chinese design tradition. The first and second floor will use wood as well in the structure as of in the decoration elements to provide a warm

character to the space. But for the design of the whole space it will use a modern language including the double high area and the mezzanine for the library and the living room. We combine both elements in our

design and also it will merge with high tech features.For the construction we propose to use brick, concrete, wood and glass as main materials.

Facade Design for Rizhao Hotel ,Shandong山东日照酒店外立面设计

该项目为一座结构主体已经完工的建筑进行外立面设计。所以我们与室内设计公司配合共同完成这一酒店建筑。我在本项目的方案深化阶段开始参与，主要负责节点大样图以及外立面图的绘制，同时负责与施工图绘制团队的沟通交流。It's a facade design project for a building whoes structure was already finished. I wasn't part of the team until DD in which my main responsibility was to develop the detail drawings and facade drawings,and also communicate with the construction drawing group.

设计理念日照酒店紧靠海岸，以船为设计灵感。本次设计的意图是使建筑能从周边清一色白色的建筑群中脱颖而出。为了营造我们所需要的氛围，建筑的低层部分主体采用深色带孔的板材，使得船体一般的整座建筑可以拥有稳固的底座，同时在夜晚透出繁星般的光点。

Rizhao Hotel is located near the seashore in the resort area of Rizhao. The hotel is designed under

the metaphor of ship.Our design goal is to create a unique hotel building different from all the surrounding buildings. With an open view from the site,

apartments arranged in slash create a unique atmosphere and equal opportunity seeing the

seaside for each unit.So in our design to mark the concept "Liner" we

arrange pop up windows for the lower floors. For the main body of the "liner", we use concrete panels with dark color and random holes which

help to mark the building volume and give a tectonic feeling and for the night, thousands of

light points will appear on the “body of the liner”, just like stars on the sky.

Dalseong Citizen’s Gymnasium Competition韩国大邱广域市市民体育中心竞赛

该竞赛是希望为广域市的市民建造一座可供市民平常使用也可举行大型比赛的体育馆。在一个月的竞赛时间内，Marco 主要负责设计的总体把控，我负责局部细节的设计，比如外立面以及屋顶。同时，我使用 Rhino 建模，Lumion 作为渲染软件进行效果图和动画的制作。It's a competition of a badminton gymnasium in Dalseong ,Korea.Marco is in charge of the whole design and I helped to develop some details ,like the facades and roof. I built up the model with rhino and did a movie and renderings with Lumion.

The result is a building wrapped with a special skin a continuous between the building and the landscape. It is a building that is supported with its environment as subject and object adapting his shape to the plot and topography.We raise a building that, besides having a clearly identifiable profile during the day has a marked presence during the night, due to is chromatic values, as well as the set of the landscape elements.

在白天，建筑的立面会随着光线的变化而改变着，同时主立面的多彩玻璃，将会使

建筑非常轻松优雅。在夜晚，建筑的整个体量消解，唯独透过彩色玻璃的灯光将室内热闹的气氛透露出

来，也可算是小城夜晚的一盏明灯。

The building was designed also following princi-ples of sustain-ability, a double skin façade that allows the air going through providing an exchange of temperatures in winter as in sum-mer to benefit of the interior.

The selection of the material for the roof (cooper) was se-lected considering that this should incorporate the char-acter of ageing which allows the changes of tone, colors and light through the time. Besides this we want that this shape and its design give to the building a tecton-ic character that assimilated the image of mountains on the surroundings.

The main idea for the structure is to create a shape, which unifies the roof and the walls to-gether, and the founda-tion for the design was modeled using an asso-ciative geometric frame-work.

The main idea for the nursery is to evolve the building along the plot because we want to have longer facades to allow brighter classrooms. To achieve this aim we proposed 3 pavilions (a kind of independent volumes) linked through transparent corridors like internal streets. Every pavilion enclose classrooms combine with other functions for the nursery.

The pavilions are oriented in such form that they can get more sunlight. To achieve this aim we twisted middle pavilion 40 degrees in relation to the other two pavilions and adding to that movement those volumes are separated from each other so we can increase the façade area.

Our design pursuit a tectonic character for the building which should transmit a warm and friendly feeling to the children and the personal working on it and its also a response to the surrounding buildings which are more high tech oriented. We want to give a different identity to the building by contrast. We decide for a more heterogeneous and playful façade, which give to the nursery a special character.

Our design pursuit a tectonic character for the building which should transmit a warm and friendly feeling to the children and the personal working on it and its also a response to the surrounding buildings which are more high tech oriented. We want to give a different identity to the building by contrast. We decide for a more heterogeneous and playful façade, which give to the nursery a special character.

Generous openings in the classrooms to incorporate the interior and exterior spaces and allow getting light into those rooms. Also the idea is that the children should have a visual contact with the play-ground and greenery outside.

In our design we include some interior green courtyards giving more light and a different senses to the surrounding spaces. The main idea is that the children should experience the different spaces in a natural way a kind of discover the space in diverse levels, which shall contribute their growing and perception process. The design composition for the building façade is a variation of perforated walls composed with windows different sizes and in different heights combine with big sliding doors and long vertical windows. The idea is to play with views and light bringing different perspectives for all the users through the complex. The playful façade feature is applied in the classrooms so that the children can also have a view to the other adjacent spaces or through the own classroom.
