The next meeting of the Artists Association is Wednesday, May 10. Instead of a demon- stration, Sharon Galligan will be offering sug- gestions on how to improve artwork you may wish to submit to the fair in July. Members are encouraged to bring a couple of pieces—completed or not—for this most gentle but valuable critique. Sandra Campbell Charity Fundraiser Event a Success One of our new artists, Ree McLaughlan Brown, raised $420 for charities serving the poor through the sale of prints at a reception for friends. Her alcohol ink and wax paintings are described as beautiful organized chaos!
