FUND’S NEW ACQUISITIONS

As mentioned above, the has been leased by Faiveley. a leader in the production and supply of railway technology. The 20,000 sq m complex is a built-to-suit project, i.e. literally tailor-made for our tenant. It consists of production, research and development premises (50%)(25%). The lease agreement is signed for 16 years.

PROJECTS IN PREPARATION

Preparation for the acquisition of a park in Košice, Slovakia, continues, with Faurecia, GG Tabák, XXX Lutz a Gastland moving to the complex next to Košice Airport (16,000 sq m).

We are also growing in Poland. The 7,000 sq m park in Częstochowa will be used by InPost, a Polish star of complex logistics and our favourite partner. The second park in Legnica, Poland, has been chosen for business by Spreadshirt, a leader in online shopping and a manufacturer and distri-butor of consumer goods; MiTek, the world leader in the design and manufacture of structures; and Raben, a leading logistics company and our long-term tenant.

The trio of Polish projects is complemented by Minsk Mazowiecki with TW Plast and Meblomaster as tenants. The former specializes in the production of environmentally friendly plastic packaging and protective equipment, and the latter is one of the leading Polish furniture manufacturers supplying large retailers such as IKEA and Lidl.

Last but not least, Czech projects have also been expanding. The Hořovice -ent for Saint Gobain, the world leader in the building materials market, so the company rented other necessary metres.
