First off, I want to say a huge thank you to those of you who encouraged and supported me while I was com- pletely overwhelmed with finishing my Master’s degree! I am so very appreciative of all of your kind words. Second, I want to congratulate all of our entries and winners at the state meeting in cultural arts! I kept hear- ing comments about how “Hardin County cleaned house” or how very talented my ladies were. I couldn’t have been prouder. A big thank you to each of you who enter items on every level for sharing your talents with us. I am so pleased that others notice it as well and you’re awarded for it. Third, we have a lot coming up. The dates are throughout the newsletter and in Diane’s letter, so I won’t take up space repeating them, but please be sure to attend what you can! And lastly, I want to give a big thank you to the ladies of the White Mills club for inviting me to their meeting this past month and the fun, and to the ladies of the Rineyville club who gave up their time on a Saturday to help me with a program I had. And at the last minute too! It’s so nice having active clubs who also know how to have fun. And even nicer having you all as a resource and knowing that you’ll step up to the plate when asked. For an agent, there’s no bigger blessing. Happy Mother’s Day to each of you who have children, have step-children, have lost children, have wanted children, or have just act like some childrens’ mother. You’re all a blessing to someone whether you’re their mother or not and that’s what counts. Celebrate yourselves this month. Hey Homemakers!
First off, I want to say a huge thank you to those of you who encouraged and supported me while I was com-
pletely overwhelmed with finishing my Master’s degree! I am so very appreciative of all of your kind words.
Second, I want to congratulate all of our entries and winners at the state meeting in cultural arts! I kept hear-
ing comments about how “Hardin County cleaned house” or how very talented my ladies were. I couldn’t
have been prouder. A big thank you to each of you who enter items on every level for sharing your talents
with us. I am so pleased that others notice it as well and you’re awarded for it.
Third, we have a lot coming up. The dates are throughout the newsletter and in Diane’s letter, so I won’t take
up space repeating them, but please be sure to attend what you can!
And lastly, I want to give a big thank you to the ladies of the White Mills club for inviting me to their meeting
this past month and the fun, and to the ladies of the Rineyville club who gave up their time on a Saturday to
help me with a program I had. And at the last minute too! It’s so nice having active clubs who also know how
to have fun. And even nicer having you all as a resource and knowing that you’ll step up to the plate when
asked. For an agent, there’s no bigger blessing.
Happy Mother’s Day to each of you who have children, have step-children, have lost children, have wanted
children, or have just act like some childrens’ mother. You’re all a blessing to someone whether you’re their
mother or not and that’s what counts. Celebrate yourselves this month.
