Annyeong Haseyo! Korean wave which also known as Hangul is standing for the popularity of South Korea cul-ture. It becomes global phenomenon by its korean drama and the latest one, all their Korean Pop music. Ever since we knew Korean entertainment, admit it that we’ve influ-enced by their style. How we act, how we dress up, how we talk indeed.

You don’t need to avoid it, just stop for a second and see yourself, do I wear socks? Do I over-wave my hair? Am I craving for drama in your life so I mix and spice it up? Stereotype uh? Hahahha it’s just my shallow opinion, hat-ters do exist right?!It’s pretty hard for me to get in to this edition for sure. But apparently most of current contributors, superb fascinated by Korean and their aegyo! We’re doing this just fine. This edition is about colors, play, and childish part as a girl. Seems like life is about dance, make up, and dress up, enticing!

We began making our own clothes in 2009, mostly basic wears. As the time went by, we are expanding our menu and always try to push fashion forward

How did you come up with the name Tosavica?

Savica waterfall is one of the most beautiful places on earth that we want to visit one day. Tosavica. It also contains the brand mes-sage that we want to communicate (beautiful like savica). Plus, it

contains 8 letters. 8 is an infinity symbol.

Is there something that Tosavica would never make?

Never say never.

So how is the evolvement of Tosavica after these years?

We’re in that retrograde phase, we’re so into kidult-hood right now.

We believe that being young is fun and fashion is about having fun

No, we don’t. We only produce mass products and try to avoid custom goods. But we have a production company, which has held since 2011, called Nordhen Manufacture. Nordhen Manufacture makes some of custom products but not under line.

What’s the significance of the label name?People said: It’s like naming a child, the name that would

determine the identity in the future.

We all agree that Scissors Paper Rock sounds like some-thing to do with games? So does it mean you aim to pro-duce un-mature (juvenile) collection?

Games are not always identical with immature, we just adopted the fun part of the games and applied it to our style.

It’s inspired by our own needs, we love bags which are easy to mix and match with many different style and yet eye catchy.

What’s so special with Knapsack?

Knapsack, is created for people who loves freedom but still want to be stylish at the same time.

What’re your favorite material / fabric for the season? Why?

We love heavy fabrics such as leather, canvas, and denim, because they’re

strong material and suitable for any occasion.

What are the most prominent colors in your collection? And in the other side, what’s color that Scissors Paper Rock would never be caught?

Mostly, we’re using earthy colors which make a rustic feeling. But we never determined what color we would avoid, because all colors are the friends of their neighbors and the lovers of their opposites.

If Scissors Paper Rock is a movie and a song, what it would be and why?

The movie would be Benny & Joon “, one word to describe : Artistic! The song would be “Scissors Paper Rock” by Architecture In Helsinki, it’s inspiring!
