Inaugural Ceremony (May 12, 2019) The National Integration Camp set a spirited beginning with Prabhat Pheri as sixty one teams accompanied with their escort teachers took out a procession as harbingers of peace and amity- the cornerstones of Mahatma Gandhi’s teachings. They carried placards to bring home the core values of Gandhian philosophy. It was followed by an Inaugural Function in the school ground. Smt. Pratima Sharma, Principal, extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries and outstation teams. Shri Rakesh Saxena, Director, Shikshan Bharti, Mumbai, hoisted the flag and administered the oath of team spirit to the participants. The camp participants then marched to the tunes of ‘EK Taara’ and ‘Sare Jahan Se Achchha’. The field inaugural ceremony came to an end with the NIC anthem and the release of balloons. The dignitaries were then escorted to the School Auditorium with the Vedic Chants. A high- powered series of events commenced with the lighting of the lamp, presentation of Green bowl as a token of gratitude and a welcome note by the Principal. Sarvdharma Prayer by the school choir was followed by a short cultural programme of Gansh Vandana, Kathak and Maand.
