1982: ROOTS limited took birth and made themselves a name in India.

1991: Globalization; Roots India ltd took part in Automechanica but failed due to high manufacturing cost of ROOTS’ products

Introduction

1991 to 1993: The Automechanica ; no one noticed

1993: Recognized at the Auto Mechanica fest by BOSCH

1994: Robert Bosch visits ROOTS facility in India. Joint venture with bosch.

Roots started with air horns. The previous version of horns were clumsy

and occupied dash board space making it congesting.

ROOTS came up with solenoid horns eliminating the problem.

Slowly moved onto electrical horns after making a name. Then later well known in India.

Customer’s Problem

Their die casting factory started when there arose a “NEEED” for die cast suppliers.

Now a private limited company. Starting of the mechanized cleaning is a use

of common sense the chairman says. Parts for various equipments according to

the customer demands ROOTS demanded due to their quality and

standards

Mr. K. Ramasamy has set high standards for the products of ROOTS as quality and reliability is what sets them apart

Soon to set their marks in Pipelining and interior furnitures.
