1. Gather Ingredients – Dry & Liquid

• The DRY ingredients are the basic knowledge I have to gain from my family, school and country to get my own café running.

• The LIQUID ingredients are the experiences and personal insights I have gained as I grow up and mature, that will serve as my foundation.

2. Combine Ingredients to Make Dough• To be who I am today and in the future, my

knowledge and experience should be well integrated to form my character. - DOUGH

3. Knead Dough• Kneading is repeated stretching, folding,

pushing and pulling, to make the dough soft and pliable and helps it to rise.

• This is the part that my CHARACTER is tested through the challenges I encounter for continuous improvement.

4. Proof – Let the dough rise• To proof is to allow dough to rise.• After all the work to improve my character I

have to rest and appreciate life’s beauty, as I allow myself to rise above all challenges.

5. Cut, Shape & Proof• To cut is allocate portions of my character to

the different roles I have to perform.• To shape is to perfect and further improve my

performance for each role I play.• To proof is to appreciate my performance.

6. Bake & Serve• To bake the dough will be the final test.• If I come up with bad bread, I’ll go through the

whole process again and identify what went wrong, then fix it.

• Aim for perfection! Making bread is a skill, but serving the best tasking bread requires “PASSION”.

• Finally to “SERVE” the bread is to collect my rewards and share my blessings.
