Rug Hookers meet at the Mau-
mee Senior Center the first Thurs-
day of each month from 9-11 a.m.
This wonderful traditional art is
simple. What is involved is hook-
ing wool material cut into strips
into burlap-like mats.
This method uses wool, not yarn,
so as not to be confused with latch
-hook rug making.
Beginners welcome.
There is no charge to join the
group.
