MBA Entrance Test 2018 Hall Ticket 2. Proof of Urdu as a language/medium at 10th/ 12th or equivalent from madarasa board/Graduation 3. Marks sheet of 10th/SSC/equivalent board examination 4. Marks Sheet and Certificate of 12th or equivalent 5. Marks Sheet and Degree of Graduation or equivalent 6. Transfer certificate(from the institution last attended) 7. Migration certificate(from the institution last attended) 8. Valid caste / category certificate (format prescribed by Government of India) if applicable 9. Bonafide / Conduct certificate (from the institution last attended) 10. Four passport size latest colour photographs of Candidate 11. One Photograph each of Parents / Guardian 12. Requisite Admission fee (Boys- Rs. 6650/-, Girls- Rs. 2600/- to be submitted through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking after provisional seat allotment. Please ensure to carry your Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking Account with sufficient funds. Note: 1. Call for counseling doesn’t guarantee admission. Admission is subject to availability of seats in respective categories. 2. Grievance, if any, to be reported within 5 days of the date of declaration of result, failing which no further communication in this regard shall be entertained.
