Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Place the oats, coconut flour, and ground almonds in a medium- sized bowl. Set aside. Place the coconut oil, applesauce and honey in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely melted. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and stir until fully combined. Arrange in an even layer on the baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and fragrant. Meanwhile, melt coconut oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add apples, cinnamon, lemon juice, and honey. Cook until apples are softened. Serve 1/4 of the sauteed apples with 1/4 of the toasty crispy crumble. Serve with ice cream (if desired), a dollop of greek yogurt, or enjoy on it's own! Sauteed Apples
