How to assist a friend to seek help

• Listen non-judgementally

• Tell them you are concerned about them

• Ask if they have thought about getting help

• Brainstorm the different helpers they could go to

• Ask them what is stopping them seeking help

How to assist a friend to seek help

• Link them up with someone who has been through a similar experience and got help

• Introduce them to a helper who you have seen
