About us

• Matchless Enterprises was established in Nov 1985 to develop Import substitute spare parts and subassemblies for Textile, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food processing Industries.

•  Over the period of time, our design capabilities improved and we started to undertake independent design projects.

1) Manufacturing Activities

• We have a modern machine shop set up and adequate fabrication set up. Our workforce is qualified and experienced.

• Our main activities are - a) designing and development of Custom made machinery, b)modifications and improvement in existing machines c) repairs and maintenance of existing machines d) development of spares.

2) Design Activities• We have excellent design set up with latest machines and

softwares. Our design department is conversant with 3 D modeling softwares such as Pro Engineers, Solid Works and Catia. 

• Our Main Activities are – a) 2 D manufacturing drawings from G.A. Drawings

• b) 3 D solid Modeling and 2 D manufacturing drawings from hand drawn drawings

• c) 3 D solid modeling from 2 D drawings for analysis

• d) 3 D cosmetic models (only external shape and dimensions considered ) for Layout checking or for marketing purpose or for erection manual.
