(available by email at beginning of term and at first
lecture)

How do I get started?
• Go to http://www.masteringphysics.com
• Select Knight/Field/Jones, College Physics

• Click the Register Button
• Complete the registration process, creating a
username and password (covered in the next
set of slides)

Review the Licence Agreement and
Privacy Policy, the Pearson End-
User License Mastering Agreement
and Click ‘I Accept’ to proceed.
If you’ve never registered for
Pearson on-line technology before,
check the box next to “No, I am a
new user.” If you’ve previously
registered, check “Yes, Look Me
Up,” and enter your Login Name and
Password
Enter the 6-word access code in the boxes.
Enter your School Postal Code and School Country. Click Next

Fill in your Personal and School Information (in Other
School Name).Click Next.

Create your own personal
login name and password.

Choose a security question from the pull-down menu and fill in your answer. Click Next

The system will confirm your successful registration. Click Log In Now to enter
MasteringPhysics.
Enrolling in Your Instructor’s Course
• Go to www.masteringphysics.com
• Click on Knight/Jones/Field’s College Physics
• Enter your login information under ‘Returning
User’ column.
