Sleep Disorders in cohort of CKD Patients on Maintenance hemodialysis and CAPD
Aims and objectives of the study
1.To assess the prevalence of sleep disorders including sleep disordered breathing in CKD patients on maintenance haemodialysis (MHD) or continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) by validated self-administered questionnaire.
2.To correlate the predictability of questionnaire based results with clinical findings and polysomnography.
3.To assess the impact of dialysis modalit of renal replacement (HD VS CAPD ) on nature and severity of sleep disorders of breathing employing polysomonography.
