STEP 1 - Initial Contact

An informal conversation via phoneor email to determine how Mast canassist your organisation.

STEP 2 - Informal meeting

A meeting over a coffee to discussyour requirements further and discussa convenient time to undertake theinitial diagnostic of your business.

STEP 3 - The diagnostic

An assessment of your organisationto determine the businesses strengthsand areas for improvement.

STEP 4 - The Report & Proposal

Mast present a report and proposalbased upon our diagnostic, proposingstrategies for taking your organisationforward.

STEP 5 - Proposal Review

A step to allow both the client andMast the opportunity to review theproposal and give feedback.

STEP 6 - Engagement

Once the proposal has beenapproved, Mast will engage withclient to progress key action points.
