Good morning,
I realized that a piece of the documentation is missing for me. The zoning approval letter that Ms. Coleman references asenclosed, I do not have. Could you forward me the email you sent her with that attachment, so I can put it all together onmy end.
We are working on proceeding forward, but the actual steps are proving to be...interesting. I'm pointing at you as a greatcompany to work with on this.

Thank you for your request for zoning verification for the use of 244 8th Ave. Glen Burnie, MD . Zoning Certificate ofUse #70763 authorized this property for a funeral establishment on a collector or arterial road To clarify,. A funeralestablishment may include a cremation machine(s).
Per 18-2-202,of the Anne Arundel County Zoning Ordinance, the certificate remains effective so long the use remainsin conformity with the application granted. I have confirmed that the property continues to be zoned, C-3 and there are
no open violations. It is my understanding that the business continues to operate within the original footprint with noexpansion.
Therefore,Zoning Certificate of use # 70763 remains in effect and no additional Certificates are required.
