2.2.1 Photogrammetric Services
(MGSPL) has provided photogrammetric solutions with technically skilled team in Hyderabad &
across India. A lot of changes have occurred since this time and we have been a key driver of
new technology. Our derived products go through a barrage of quality control procedures
designed to ensure a good product. All photogrammetry services are performed using the most
advanced softcopy workstations operating the latest proven software tools.
2.2.2 Auto correlation
MGSPL have advanced autocorrelation to a point where it can provide the required Digital
Elevation Model (DEM) for digital Orthophotography creation. Autocorrelation processes
involve mathematical computations of common features found in two pictures captured from
different perspectives. This allows us to derive a 3D model very quickly and affordably,
providing maximum exploitation of imagery captured with digital aerial sensors while providing
a basis for Orthophotography, terrain modeling, digital elevation models, remote sensing,
planimetric mapping, and more.

2.2.3 Orthophoto Production
(MGS) Orthophotography... Production team utilizes the most modern systems available. Our
experience with Airborne Digital Sensors is unparalleled, as is our ability to produce
Orthophotography using a variety of techniques and for a variety of deliverables. We are adept in
developing projects using LiDAR derived elevation models, as well as the use of auto correlated
services.
2.2.4 Planimetric Mapping
MGSPL captures all planimetric features in a 3D environment, maintaining X Y and Z values for
each individual point, line, and polygon. This enables customers to derive 3D models of such
items as road networks, buildings, utility features, and more. We specialize in capturing natural
and manmade features for comprehensive GIS solutions or for individual projects. Our

2.2.5 Topographic Survey
MGSPL compilers develop topographic data in a softcopy environment. Their workflow is
designed such that edge-matching data results in a seamless project wide topographic
representation. Great care is taken to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
2.2.6 Digital Elevation Model (DEM)
(MGS) derives elevation models to support flood mapping, Ortho generation, 3D simulation, and
more. We develop models using a variety of techniques including traditional photogrammetric
techniques, LiDAR, and through autocorrelation of digital aerial imagery.

2.2.7 Terrain Modeling
Today's GIS users are relying more and more on the use of 3D models and visualization. Once
limited in scope to video games and Hollywood effects, 3D environments have become part of
the evolution of GIS, allowing for analysis in X, Y, and Z. From property appraisal specialists to
the modern day war fighter, the need for highly detailed information in 3D is evident. (MGS) is
involved in the development and deployment of Terrain models to support 3D analysis. Surfaces
derived from LiDAR, photogrammetric Techniques, and auto correlated surfaces; provide a

2.2.10 3D City Modeling
MGSPL have extensive knowledge in preparing 3D city models with real world texture from
Multiple Data sources (True Ortho Photographs, UAV, High oblique Aerial Imagery etc..) by
implementing state of the art Work Flows and 3D engines. With High level of automation in the
reconstruction of building geometries and facade texturing, we have short production times and a

Production. Automated triangulation based on several point detection and matching techniques
with automated blunder detection, bundle block adjustment is achieved. True Ortorectification
makes high precision mapping possible and opens the world of different high-end products.

2.2.12 Geographic Information System
(MGS) has provided GIS support on eighteen different software platforms. We understand the
intricacies involved in surveying, planimetric mapping, and GIS development. More importantly,
we have continually molded our entire operation around the idea of producing a spatially
accurate GIS base map. We meet the minimum specifications for photogrammetric mapping and

2.2.14 Custom Applications

Topographic Surveys
Topographic Survey: a survey that measures the elevation of points on a particular piece of land,
and presents them as contour lines on a plot. The purpose of a TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY is to
gather survey data using Total Stations, Auto levels, GPS, Laser Scanners etc., about the natural
and man-made features of the land, as well as its elevations. From this information a three -
dimensional map may be prepared. You may prepare the topographic map in the office after
collecting the field data or prepare it right away in the field by plane table. The work usually
consists of the following:
I. Determining enough horizontal location and elevation of ground establishing horizontal
and vertical control that will serve the framework of the survey points to provide enough
data for plotting when the map is prepared.
II. Locating natural and man–made features that may be required by the purpose of the
survey.
III. Computing distances, angles, and elevations.
IV. Drawing the topographic map, Topographic surveys are commonly identified with
horizontal and/or vertical control of third- and lower-order accuracies.

Cadastral Surveys
Cadastral Surveys are conducted to establish the exact location, boundaries, or subdivision of a
tract of land in any specified area. This type of survey requires professional Registration in all
states. Presently, land surveys generally consist of the following chores:
1. Establishing markers or monuments to define and thereby preserve the boundaries of land
belonging to a private Concern, a corporation, or the government.
2. Relocating markers or monuments legally established by original surveys.
This requires examining previous survey records and Retracing what was done when
some markers or monuments are missing they are re -established following Recognized
procedures, using whatever information is Available.
3. Rerunning old land survey lines to determine their lengths and directions. As a result of
the high cost of land, old line is premeasured to get more precise measurements.
4. Subdividing landed estates into parcels of predetermined sizes and shapes. Calculating
areas, distances, and directions and preparing the land map to portray the survey data so
that it can be used as a permanent record

Route Surveys
The term route survey refers to surveys necessary for the location and construction of lines of
transportation or communication that continue across country for some distance, such as
highways, railroads, open-conduit systems, pipelines, and power/telecom lines. Generally, the
preliminary survey for this work takes the form of a topographic survey. In the final stage, the
work may consist of the following

Locating the center line, usually marked by stakes at required intervals called stations.
Determining elevations along and across the center line for plotting profile and cross
sections.
Plotting the profile and cross sections and fixing the grades.
Computing the volumes of earthwork and pre paring a mass diagram.

Determining drainage areas to be used in the design of ditches and culverts.
