Additional audiovisual fees may apply based on specific event needs. · Seating may be less than estimated based on staging and food-service requirements. · Both CR2 and the Auditorium can be divided into smaller breakout spaces, equipped with independent basic audiovisual systems. · Applicable taxes extra. Audiovisual
Meeting and event spaces at MaRS are equipped with a wide range of sophisticated equipment. Podium, projector, podium microphone, screen/monitor and speakers are included in the price of rental.
Advanced services, including webcasting, enhanced lighting concepts, media broadcast capability, on-site technical support and recording services, can be made available through consultation with our on-site audiovisual professionals.
Catering and event services
Events at MaRS are supported by a preferred list of local caterers and event rental and staffing agencies. These partners align with the MaRS mission and work closely with the MaRS events team to ensure a seamless experience. Please contact the MaRS events team for more information on these partners.

The MaRS Centre is located at 101 College Street and 661 University Avenue in Toronto.
UNDERGROUND PARKING
Underground parking is available at the MaRS Centre and can be accessed via Elizabeth Street, just south of College Street on the west side of the road. It can also be accessed via University Avenue when driving northbound, just past the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, south of College Street.
Parking rates
Monday to Friday 5 a.m. – 5 p.m. $4 per 30 mins $20 daily max (expires at 10 p.m.) *Early bird rate: $16 daily max before 7:30 a.m.
5 p.m. – 5 a.m. $4 per 30 mins $6 evening max (to 8 a.m.)
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays 5 a.m. – 5 p.m. $4 per 30 mins $8 daily max (to 5 a.m.)
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
MaRS is easily accessible with direct access to public transit.
BY TTC
• Subway: MaRS offers direct access to the Queen’s Park subway station.
• Street Car: The College Street streetcar stops at the corner of Elizabeth Street & College Street at the north-east corner of the MaRS Centre.
BY CHARTER BUS
The Toronto Bus Terminal is located south of the MaRS Centre on 610 Bay Street.
