Photographic Studio

Mark Street Studio is more than just a big open space for your photoshoot, it is a response to a need for a studio for hire in the city centre area that has never been catered for until now. Apart from being a comfortable and efficient shooting area for both clients and models there is also a quiet lounge area to relax or have a discussion away from the shoot.

>The shooting area:The shooting area is 30ft x 27ft with a 20ft wide cove, painted white with a smooth finish concrete floor, excellent access and ample car parking both on and off street. Hire includes use of the boardroom area (if not in use) and Wi-Fi access at no extra charge. The studio’s central, ground floor location is especially useful to all clients, especially city based clients as well as for commuters as it’s only a two-minute walk from both Tara Street and Pearse Street Railway stations.

>Photography Studio Description:The studio area has been designed with photographers in mind and has receivedfavourable comments from all those who have used it to date. It’s main features are:

° 810sq.ft (approx) of open shooting area.° 20ft wide cyc (cove) wall.° Selection of 9ft wide colour background rolls° 8ft wide full height foldable door for automobile access.° Off-street parking for loading and unloading.° Hair / makeup station and changing room.° Product table and background support systems.° Fully wired and wireless hi-speed DSL and FTP router° Mac or PC shooting or editing stations available on request.° Flash or Tungsten lighting in studio or additional lighting as requested.

Studio Rental Rates:The studio is available for hire by the day or half-day or longer as required. As clients particular needs are varied it is important to enquire about our packages which include photographic and digital assistants or about hiring 35mm and Medium Format digital cameras with or without shooting stations and trained operators. Additional Services:Commercial / Advertising photography including products, lifestyle, food / beverages all shot digitally with a workflow system that allows our clients to view the images as they are shot, eliminating valuable time in post production and retouching. High-end digital post production, retouching and image manipulation to the very highest international standards. Both of these services are available in studio or on location.

Mark Street Studio:is a much needed facility for hard pressed professional photographers and their clients. Designed by photographers and digital imagers with their own needs in mind. We are there to be as flexible as possible in providing a working space with whatever hardware is necessary to allow non studio based photographers to take on jobs above and beyond their normal capacity without the need for a heavy investment in equipment or location.

Studio Rental Equipment:Basic Studio hire includes use of Changing / Makeup room, Tea / Coffee station and water cooler, electrical power and braided extension leads, 8ft ladder, iPod docking station. Meeting table and chairs. Renter is responsible for damage and / or loss of any of the basic studio equipment. All other equipment is available for daily hire rates and includes a constantly updated list of flash and tunsten lighting equipment, stands and accessories.
