In general, at the relevant deadline,* participating researchers must not have resided or had their main activity in the country of the host organisation for > 12 months in the last 3 

years

*  For host‐driven actions, the deadline is the date when the researcher is recruited into the project.  For individual actions, the deadline is the closing date for submission of proposals.
