The Society welcomes potential members to come to the general meetings as our guests, and advises those wishing to join us, that subscription fees (in Australian Dollars) are $15 for a single, $20 for a family from 1st January each year.

For the Show we need boxes please.
Supplies for the Kitchen, Scones Etc, we need Members to help in the kitchen, if you are able to help with cooking etc; please let us
know. Esme Horsey will be attending Friday night to look after Judges supper, which will be served prior to Judging & sweets after
Judging.
Show: we will need people on Friday morning please to help with the setup. The hall will be open from as close to 7.30am as possible.
Colin Mancey will be looking after pot sales.
A big shout out to Jim Zimmerman who turned 90 this week.

Thanks to all the members who have participated in the club monthly meetings & shows benching plants etc; to the Dore Family who
work on the table putting together judging result, selling raffle tickets etc. To the workers who help setting up for monthly meetings &
shows & then cleaning up after, I thank you all for your support. Then there are “Dor’s” & her helpers in the kitchen who without these
tireless workers we would all starve. Peter Rice , you are a tireless tower of strength when it comes to all the work organising the
shows & all sponsors etc. if there is anyone else, I haven’t thanked I apologise.
